Lovely townhouse in the heart of Marielyst. 100 meters to the square with good restaurants, ice cream houses, mini golf, shopping etc. 200 meters to beautiful sandy beach The house is 180 m2 on 2 floors and consists of entrance hall, kitchen, 2 standard bedrooms with double beds, 2 bunk rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, large activity room with billiards, table tennis, darts, cozy area with game console and play corner for the little ones. Lovely large wooden terrace downstairs in an enclosed courtyard and lovely roof terrace upstairs with sun all day.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Genuine summerhouse atmosphere

If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400 meters away

Book it as a vacation home in high season or maybe for an extended weekend for fun and relaxation.
