Myklebu

Myklebu is a 50 year old cabin located all for itself in the pine forest of Sjodalen, Vågå. Summertime you drive all the way, but in winter you have to prepare to go skiing. This is the cabin that is both small and primitive while being modernized with newly inlaid power. Here you live far from people right in the middle of nature's own amusement park, absolutely perfect for your outdoors. Water you have to bring or pick up from the creek. Jotunheimen - 15 minutes from Gjende and Besseggen.

Architect designed cabin in Sjodalen Fjellgrend at the entrance to Jotunheimen national park. The area is an excellent starting point for day trips to Besseggen, Glittertind, Besshø or Rasletind, among others. There are great hiking areas all year round, whether you like prepared ski tracks or the snow mountain in winter and mountain shoes or bike in the summer. There is an eldorado for fishing and hunting in the autumn and many mountain hikes are clear outside the cabin door on mountain skis or randone in the spring.

Here it is possible to go straight out for miles of cross country tracks, stand on alpine skiing, or use the cabin as the perfect starting point for mountain hikes in Jotunheimen. Walking distance Lemonsjøen mountain lodge and cafe bar Kalven seats. Here there is room for 2 families. Rented to adult responsible people. No smoking or pets allowed. By further agreement, you can borrow to the tenant. The area is an eldorado for fishing in the mountains.

New cabin, finished in Sept 2023 is rented. Lemon Lake is called the gateway to Jotunheimen. Here there are possibilities for those who like mountains and nature. Ski slopes cross country skiing is on the doorstep, and a short drive to the alpine slope. Quiet and peaceful area, with lots of wildlife just outside the cabin wall. NB: No pets allowed due to allergies

Accommodation in beautiful village date

Find peace and enjoy nature in our great house! Here you can choose between reading a book in front of the fireplace, or going for a long hike. The house was originally built in the 1700s and has recently been moved to today's location and put together with another house. Here you can experience the mountain in an authentic way.

Newly restored log house. About 5 km from Lom towards Bøverdalen. We have tried to make the cottage as a place of recreation with respect for the old building as it was originally. A new bathroom has been built. Quiet area and nice starting point for hikes in Jotunheimen summer and winter.
