New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Cozy older southland house by the sea.

Cozy older detached house for rent with 3 (4) bedrooms (8 beds), living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The home is beautifully located by the sea at the end of Kuholmen. Short distance to shops, city center, hiking areas and swimming areas. The place is ideal for families with children. Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and rocks. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Dyrepark. There is no TV or internet in the house.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Eneboligen is 10 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes by car to Sørlandsparken/Dyreparken. With the city's best views you can enjoy beautiful sunrises summer and winter. Enjoy a cold winter day in a finished heated outdoor jacuzzi, or in front of the fireplace (new in 2024). In the summer the house has a big terrace, as well as garden. The area is very children friendly with playground just below the house Hiking area just outside the door. Parkeing on farm.

A house close to nature

I rent out my house, where I normally live. It is not set up as a tourist accommodation. The house has everything needed for daily life: kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a kettle, and other appliances. The house was built in the 1950s; it has its charm and history, and I take care to keep it in good condition. Its greatest advantage is the location: in a quiet neighborhood of Kristiansand, Vågsbygd, right next to the forest, full of lakes and nature reserves.
