Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de wintermaanden is er een houtkachel. Het stookhout is niet inbegrepen bij de huur.

Notre belle région offre de nombreuses possibilités de visites (Châteaux, Abbayes, Canal du midi, Grottes, Mer ou Montagne...) mais vous leurs préférerez peut-être notre hâvre de paix!

Inside you'll find three double bedrooms tastefully decorated, two doubles on the first floor and one bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor, one bathroom, a downstairs shower room and good-sized living accommodation, including kitchen diner and separate lounge. Outside, this gîte comes equipped with its own terrace and barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining.

One bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, induction and coffee machine (Nespresso type), sink, dining area and TV. Sheets and towels are provided, final cleaning included. WiFi free. Access to summer kitchen with fully equipped kitchen, bbq and pool area. Enjoy a heated pool and the whirlpool!

The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower) and a television screen, just like in a hotel. Every morning, you will enjoy delicious pastries delivered to your door.

On the border between Aude and Ariège, Carcassonne and Mirepoix, in a natural environment, you can enjoy a 1.5 h, in peace and quiet. Here are plenty of walks to be had around the gîte, and if you enjoy hiking or cycling, this is the ideal place, with its footpaths and the "voie verte" ! Mirepoix, Carcassonne, Fanjeaux, Chalabre, Camon, the Cathar castles are close. To diversify your activities, the sea is just 1h20 away and ski resorts are only 1h away.

Gîte au milieu des vignes

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
