With us, the time is quite easy to pass and enjoy, the lake and nature close to the location provide good conditions for recovery. In spring and summer there is a lot of play, sun and swimming facilities. Lovely barbecue evenings on our sunny terrace. Fall there are berries/mushroom blocks close at hand, forest walks, cozy hot tubs, etc. Winter equally, sledding hill close at hand, hot tub in winter dressed nature, or a cozy moment in front of our fireplace. The place is suitable for all different groups.

The apartment has all the convenience and is right by Valdemarsviken/Baltic Sea with proximity to Systembolag, Restaurants and shops. We are waiting for a building permit to repaint the facade, which means that we are also waiting to build the garden, but don't let that put you off, because you will experience a cozy and completely newly renovated feeling inside!

Ett välisolerat åretruntboende som ligger för sig självt utan synliga grannar där man får ha lugn o ro. Finns tillgång att nyttja sandstrand, brygga, båt o fiske. Stranden kan komma att delas med värden och hans familj. Enplansvilla på 132 kvm, fyra rum o kök, stor öppen planlösning. Två altaner varav en inglasad.

The cottage is newly renovated and with all the amenities one might need. Outside there is a large patio deck with sofas and several dining areas. Right by the sea, there is also a house with sauna and a bunk bed if you need more beds. There is a sandy beach that is perfect for smaller children or if you prefer to throw yourself in, you do it from the jetty.

Guest house 100m from the ocean

Guest house of 24 sqm. It contains a room with smaller kitchen (hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave). In the cabin there is a sofa bed and a bunkbed where the upper bed is 90 cm and the lower 120 cm wide. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The house shares plot with a larger house where the owners partially reside during their vacation. Pets are not allowed without the approval of the landlord.

We rent our cozy summer cottage in the Tjust archipelago. Beautiful location on a large waterfront property. Below the cottage is a small sandy beach - ideal for children - as well as a jetty. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, an open living, dining and kitchen area. Large windows overlooking the water. Bathroom with shower, sink, water toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.
