Leonidia was a great host, friendly and attentive. We had to change dates and she was super understanding. It also made one more bed for us, we were in 3 people and for work. The accommodation was great, the house extremely clean and organized, with good space as well. The bathroom is large and the whole house is well equipped. We didn't lack anything.

The house is beautiful and spacious, a great place to spend a weekend with my daughter, very comfortable, there's a market nearby, the neighborhood is quiet, only Uber's GPS that indicates the wrong direction, but communicating thinks it's quick. it has a garage and a lot of convenience. We loved Thiago's Sweet Home, we were returning from the beach to BH and decided to overnight in the city. new apartment, impeccable utensils and furniture. Not to say that everything is perfect, the bathroom door needed adjustments, but it was nothing to complain about.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this listing. We were very well received by Luciano, an excellent host. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay.

The house is very large and spacious, the place is a bit far away but by car is quiet. There was nothing out of place, lacked a whim in the cleaning but nothing that hinders the lodging, has the basics in the kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi was a problem and there it doesn't get a moving network, so sometimes I was incommunicado, but Marcos was asked to help. I missed a filter, but I bought water. No mais was everything optimum! Value low for the comfort offered. Quiet and noisy place, you could rest a lot. I recommend his house!
