Cozy holiday home on beautiful Borgundøy, on the outskirts of Hardangerfjorden. The house is located close to the sea, with a lovely view. There is a beach nearby and a private jetty. The house also has a balcony and terrace. There is a road all the way up. The house has recently been partially renovated. There is no internet, but TV with the possibility to watch movies on BlueRay. Available by ferry from Sydnes and Utbjoa. Car is recommended. Husnes and Stord are the nearest city centers. There is a speedboat from Bergen, with a change in Leirvik.

Umiddelbar nærleik til badestrand, båthavn, fotballbane, klatrejungel og ballbinge. I bygda kan du fråtsa i storslått natur og fantastiske fjellturar er kun ein liten gåtur unna. Herøysund er eit strålande utgongspunkt for vidare utforsking av området rundt Hardangerfjorden! Leiligheten har topp nettkvalitet og vi kan vi setje inn skrivebord om heimekontor er ønska.

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

Nyoppusset møblert leilighet på Bjelland. Helt nytt bad med varmekabler, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Stor fin terrasse med utemøbler. Den har varmepumpe. Den er også utstyrt med robotstøvsuger for de som ønsker litt ekstra rengjøring. Fra leiligheten er det korte avstand til Kværner, butikker, restauranter, kafeer, skoler idrettsanlegg, flotte turområder og Leirvik sentrum med alle servicetilbud. Håndklær og sengtøy er inkludert i prisen. Det finnes en felt seng som kan settes inn i stue.

Koselig gammel hytte med hjerterom for hele storfamilien. Ett godt utgangspunkt for å gå på ski i Fjellhaugen, eller besøke Rosendal hvor man finner både baroniet og Folgefonna nasjonalpark. Eller bare for å slappe av og se ungene kose seg i hagen. Merk at det er en gammel hytte, som både trenger et malingstrøk og ekstra isolering (kaldt om vinteren). Vi tok over hytten i 2017 og leier ut for å spe på økonomisk for å pusse opp. Men vi er glad i den slik den er nå. Håper du og blir det ❤️

Private outdoor area with lawn, pitch and furnished terrace overlooking the fjord and good sun conditions. The apartment is centrally located on Valen with a short distance to the store and many great hiking opportunities right outside the door. 30-minute drive from Rosendal. 1 hour from Bondhusvatnet, Odda and Hardangerfjorden.

Ny og fin sentrumsnær kjellerleilighet, som ligger kun 650 meter unna Leirvik sentrum. Det er 2,5 km til verftet, Aker. Det er flotte turområder i nærheten for deg som liker en spasertur. Kort vei til butikk, som også er søndagsåpen. Kjellerleiligheten er nyoppusset og sto ferdig juni 2024. Den består av kjøkken, stue m/sovesofa, bad og et soverom. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt med stort kjøleskap m/fryser, oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Sengetøy og håndkler er selvsagt inkludert.

Here you can enjoy the days in calm surroundings with nature close by, either in and by the cabin or by using the amazing nature that surrounds the cabin. The cabin has recently been completely renovated and contains a living room and kitchen in one, 3 bedrooms with room for 6 - 8 people, bathroom, basement with washing machine, internet and TV. There is easy access by car all the way to the door.
