The old farmhouse in which we live with our children are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of Montepulciano. Nice 60 sqm apartment located in the main street of the village. It is located on the second and last floor of a historic palace. The entrance is located on the main street of the town while the windows overlook the outside of the walls offering a breathtaking view. The apartment consists of: entrance, living room with double sofa bed, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with roof window. It is equipped with microwave, large oven, dishwasher, washing machine and wi-fi.

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
