Tutto perfetto! Appartamento pulito e spazioso, in pieno centro perfetto per muoversi a piedi. Un po’ scomode le scale per salire (secondo piano senza ascensore) ma per qualche giorno si possono fare. Francesco è stato sempre molto reattivo, disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze (ci serviva un lettino per la nostra bimba). Consigliatissimo!

Simona’s place was the best, I really enjoyed my stay here! It was super clean and comfortable, the bathtub was great, and it was at a walking distance from the hospital area where I needed to be, but also close to a train station to go to the center (12 minutes to San-Pietro). Simona was an increadible host, she brought me the most delicious easter bread, all kinds of chocolates and snacks, a bottle of sparkling wine, coffee and tea. And also explanations about how to travel and where to go. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to come back!

Il est idéalement situé entre la plage et Rome. La maison était très confortable, spacieuse et chaleureuse, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites à Rome. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'endroit, loin de l'agitation de la ville, surtout le soir, assis sur les chaises longues à regarder le ciel étoilé. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir. Nous choisirons cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour. Info voyage : Pour la plage, nous vous conseillons la Spiaggia libera Maccarese qui est à 15mn et qui dispose d'un très grand parking gratuit. Pour vos visites à Rome, nous vous conseillons d'y aller en train. Pour cela, préférez la Stazione Maccarese-Fregene qui est à 11 mn de la maison et qui dispose là aussi d'un parking gratuit. Pour le tarif, il est à 9€10 (aller) pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logge dont les prestations sont vraiment de qualités. L’environnement est sublime, la vue exceptionnelle depuis le logge et depuis la piscine. Calme absolu, appartement très propre et bien équipé, à notre arrivée un panier de petit déjeuner était prévu, ainsi qu’une bouteille de prosecco. Très appréciables attentions après un long trajet. La région est magnifique et l’emplacement idéal pour visiter les principales villes aux alentours. En outre Andrea qui s’est occupée de nous a toujours été extrêmement réactive et enthousiaste. Nous recommandons vivement! Parfaitement adapté pour une famille.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Spezzano. The owners were very thoughtful and made sure that we had a nice comfortable stay. The location was wonderful (by car), in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lazio. We most certainly would recommend staying in Spezzano and hope to visit again in the future!

Die Gastgeber vor Ort waren sehr Aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit - vielen Dank. Der Ort ist wunderschön und eher abgelegen - viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in Autodistanz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus, aller nötige Komfort vorhanden. Der Schwimmteich ist auch im Hochsommer noch frisch. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum ankommen und ausspannen - Wir danken für die einzigartigen Ferien!

Fantastica la villa ristrutturata con molto gusto e inaspettata la sorpresa della piscina che é stata gentilmente aperta per il caldo eccezionale di aprile. Ottima la struttura per passare del tempo con gli amici o con la famiglia... Allargata visto che ospita fino a 19 persone nei tre appartamenti. Grazie di tutto

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, Madi went above and beyond—she was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, even going to the market before our arrival. One evening, she arranged for a private chef to prepare an authentic Italian dinner for us, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The property itself is huge and breathtaking. It’s surrounded by beautiful stone walls, peaceful olive groves, and an abundance of fruit trees—it felt like a slice of paradise. The home is spacious, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could ask for. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. It’s a true hidden gem, and I can’t say enough about how amazing both the host and the property are.
