We just spent a few days with our family. The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, everything is very new and clean. Very comfortable and large beds. I had booked this house for a stay with friends and it was perfect! The location a little out of the city but close to beaches and coastal walks suited us perfectly. We had a lovely holiday!The setting is wonderful and there is plenty to see. We enjoyed the spacious, green garden where the trampoline and tennis game were favorites with our girls. The house and garden are very clean and cared for and really felt like "home" in the 10 days we were there. We would definitely recommend it!

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
