The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

This renovated 19th century pied-à-terre located in one of the most beautiful streets of Valletta, Merchants Street, is an excellent base to explore the city by foot, travel around the Island or simply enjoy the vibrant city inside the heart of Valletta. The property is located on the third floor and comprises a spacious kitchen/living/dining area, one double bedroom, a shower room and a large ‘Gallarija Maltija’ (Maltese balcony) on Merchants Street.

My second-floor apartment which is located in Vittoriosa has a beautiful view facing Senglea, Cospicua and the capital city of Valletta. It will only take just 2 minutes to go to the Marina waterfront and also, there are some lovely restaurants that you can go to and eat. To take the ferry you would have to go to Cospicua which is a 5-minute walk to go there.
