The interior of the apartment is designed especially for the well-being of the guests and comfort after an active time exploring Valmiera and its surroundings. There are several entertainment and leisure facilities, restaurants, as well as Valmiera Theater and Concert Hall close to the apartment.

The apartment is close to the city center and bus station. 100 meters away there is also river Gauja and walking/cycling trails. There are also rocky Goat rapids and Feeling Park, which are popular places for walking/recreation. Grocery store is 3 minutes walking distance, as well as there is a parking lot near the house. The building also has a courtyard and a garden with a canopy and a fire place that can be used in coordination with the hosts.

Krāģīši is a unique family house. Built from wood and straw bales, it surprises and greets visitors with its special countryside aura. Originally the house was built for school purposes. At present a family with four children has settled here and offers guests a separate apartment with a bedroom, small guestroom with kichenette and private bathroom on the first floor.
