That was an unforgettable experience! Excellent place to enjoy the balanced blend of relaxation, comfort, and natural beauty of nature. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. All was perfectly clean and the host was super friendly. I can't wait to return there!

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need- and more! From charcoal and all the grill tools, logs for the hot tube and sauna, to a great coffee machine and thoughtful touches throughout. The terrace was super cozy, surrounded by lush greenery, with plenty of different types of swings and places to unwind. At night, the starry sky was magical. It’s ideal for 3-5 people with plenty of space and clearly lots of love and care from the owners, both inside and out. The host even left us some sweet, delicious surprises that made us feel truly welcomed. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, making the most of the house and garden.Time flew by, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. We would love to come back again someday. Thank you for everything! Loved this traditional homestead with its huge garden in a quiet and beautiful area. Ideal to chill and to have nice walks. The household contains all modern features you need. And heating with the stove is easy. I had no car — yet I loved the place. 300 meters away, you find the bus stop, which has direct connections to Riga or to the very nice nearby town of Valmiera every hour, making touristic exploration or grocery shopping easy. I recommend the place for contemplation but also for families ... ps: Aija reacts very quickly and helpful to any question - thx for this!

A spacious and stylish house only a short drive from Valmiera. Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed it a lot. All communications and directions were clear and to the point, superb experience. Also, loved the easy access to the Gauja River - excellent for a quick refreshing swim.

Очень хорошо отдохнули в доме у Валтерса. Очень красивый дом, все что нужно для отличного отдыха есть. Место тихое, у нас был замечательный караоке вечер. Есть спортивные площадки, но использовать не получилось(пол дня был дождь) Терраса у дома большая и вмещает всех без проблем. Мы очень рады побывать в таком месте, к тому же у этого места есть своя история длинною в несколько столетий.

Would definitely recommend for a lovely, warm winter getaway. We made excellent use of the Sauna, Hot Tub and even took an ice bath in the pond. Beautiful natural surroundings, we even had some deer that visited us one evening. The host was easy to communicate with and we felt right at home upon arrival. Would recommend to family and friends for a very nice place to stay.
