super cordial host, responded promptly. excellent condominium for children, quite attractive. games room needs maintenance in the equipment. all very polite and helpful condominium staff. on weekends the condominium receives many people and the noise is intense, however, you hardly hear inside the apartment the apartment is well equipped to meet basic needs

My stay went very well. I'm very grateful to the host, Júlio, who welcomed me with care and attention all the time. The house has large spaces, perfectly housing even large groups. Some issues deserve maintenance, but they are certainly the result of the natural wear and tear caused by the use and the very action of time. The beautiful view of the mountain and the backyard, with a very well cared garden, compensates. Me and my dogs had great moments of leisure. The condominium is safe and quiet, where silence prevails. It was a very positive experience.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Wonderful hosting! Better than the pictures!! Everything clean! Everything working fine! The house accommodates people perfectly! The host responds quickly and is very attentive! The area is great! I only have compliments! And as a bonus, there are two kittens in the house who are always up for cuddles!

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply an excellent place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with a suite, large kitchen and with all accessories and utensils that can be imagined and integrated with the dining and living room. The barbecue separate from the house and next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with various types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent almost all the time in the position. We are very grateful for the welcome we had by our host Sergio. It was a spectacular family holiday!

Great apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with a swimming pool, quadra, playground and a gallery mall below that offered options of convenience, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast restaurants. Next to the metro and easy to get around the area. I recommend it!

We stayed 40 days in Marlon's apartment and felt at home during the period. The site is very functional and close to various facilities such as bakeries, markets, gyms, restaurants and subway station. I highly recommend this place.

Everything perfect. Leonardo was an excellent host, very willing and attentive. The apartment is impeccable and extremely complete!! Only add two items to be complete, air-conditioned in the bedrooms that it does not have. But as we were in a period of mild weather, we did not suffer!! Indico, you won't regret it!! It is already on my return list.
