Sitting on three acres with complete privacy, our custom home was built in the 1940s and perched over Maple Bay and Saltspring Island with incredible panoramic views. Ocean, mountains, rain forest, wildlife and constant sun throughout the day makes this retreat like no other. Home is very accessible, has a rustic cottage feel, natural landscape, with ample private parking and a heated pool from June to mid October. Need a mid island get-a-away? An hour and ten minutes to Ucluelet and Tofino or stay local and check out all that Port Alberni has to offer! Studio-ish one bedroom suite with private entrance with a covered exterior sitting area. Don't feel like driving anywhere? Hang out at the pool for the day. Suite comes with bar fridge and a few small appliances. We also supply coffee and tea! A safe place for women and students travelling solo as I am always reachable by phone and usually on site.

This is a dog friendly condo, close to many beaches and walking trails. *One well behaved dog is welcome per group. As per strata policy, the dog must not be higher than 22 inches at the shoulder ($150 Pet Fee).
