Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Perfect for a holiday in the countryside.

Charming house in Champ Philippon

An isolated charming house, surrounded by nature, backed by a magnificent hardwood forest "la Bresseille". The first neighbor is 450 m away, it's me! You need calm, silence, clean air, an unobstructed and relaxing view: this house is for you. It is also a paradise for children who can have fun safely from October 2023 to April 2024 an additional 20 euros will be requested for heating and electricity. Or €100 per night

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Enjoy the forest setting of this accommodation in the heart of nature, quiet and bucolic on a wooded plot of 1 hectare. Sleep in an equipped and heated tent (optional) from fall to spring, in a 160 x 200 cm 2-seater bed, on a wooden floor. Possibility of having an additional tent for guests with children.
