Welcome to our cottage in the woods where a hearty breakfast is included! It's in the cottage, so there's no time to fit in, eat what and when you want. The cottage is secluded and has a small kitchen with most things you need, a private toilet with shower and a comfortable sofa bed. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Large TV with Chromecast and fast WiFi as well as books and games to pass the time with. Beautiful surroundings with Hågadalens nature reserve, Mälaren, Gottsundagipen and Vårdsätra beach promenade at a convenient distance. During the summer months, the area is excellent for those who want to get out into nature on foot or by bike. In winter, you have good opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Sunnerstabacken and ice skating on the lake. We live next door in the main house.

Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.
