Gamleskulen

Welcome to Gamleskulen in Fiskå, a large wooden house that for some decades ago was filled with small schoolchildren. Today, the residential house is divided into two, with an apartment in the attic and a larger part of the house of about 150 m2 that is available to you on Airbnb. The house also has a large garden with plenty of space outdoors. There is also a Jacuzzi. Lovely cottage with fantastic views on Larsnes, bull and shoreline. An excellent holiday home by the sea over 2 floors, with living room, kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor and bedroom on the 2nd floor. Good large terraces on the patio with great sunny conditions. A short distance to the center of Larsen. Many trips in the immediate area, and a short drive to both Ulsteinvik, Herøy and Ørsta/Volda surrounded by the Sunnmøre Alps. Kayaking and bike rental are included in the price.

The house is located on a farm. The farm is nicely located in a valley surrounded by Sunnmørsfjell. There are many nice marked hiking trails in the area. With a small hour drive there are opportunities to visit Hakkalegarden, the west cape and many great beaches and lighthouses. In winter there is a good opportunity to experience the Northern Lights. Prepared light rail right outside the door. There are also other prepared trails in the mountains.

Location on Skredestranda, about 3.5 km from Årvik ferry dock, in a quiet and peaceful area. Here you can relax and recharge. You might be lucky to see a flock of orcas in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both big and small boats, also cruise ships going to/from Geiranger. The cabin is 20 m from the sea, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep swab and close. We have life vests available.

Forest Hideaway With Scenic View

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. 92km away from Ålesund, under the tall pine trees hides a tiny forest cabin with an amazing panoramic fiord view. The life in the cabin is simple without running water and with an outdoor toilet, but you can start your cabin experience after you will take a refreshing shower in the main house, where you will also park your car (or bike). 5min walk upwards from the parking lot.

In boathouse part hot and cold water, fridge, kettle and french press. Wood-fired stove for cool evenings. The atmosphere is inviting and warm. The skin floor has all you need of kitchen equipment as well as a fridge and freezer. Sleeping for 6 people in the house.
