The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

This antique, nationally recognized, historic building offers antique decor with a modern twist! Morgue decor throughout, rightly so..paying homage to its dark history. This is a loft setting offering a king bed, full size bed, twin and an antique settee(possibly suited for a small child). A large kitchen with small breakfast seating as well as a large table! And that bathroom!

River Bluff Hideaway is a brand new construction located on a private lane overlooking the Piney River in the Ozarks. The cabin is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room. Come enjoy a peaceful stay in our unique country home, located on our goat cheese dairy in the Missouri Ozarks. Visit with the goats, soak in the hot tub, walk down by the creek, sip your coffee on the gazebo by the pond or the deck, stream a movie on WIFI, get some work done in a calm environment, do it all, or just get a good night's sleep! Our 45 acre farm is only 3 miles from Fordland and 25 miles from Springfield, MO. There are many hiking trails, creeks, rivers and lakes in the area.

Our Country Lace Retro Place is a quaint little studio apartment nestled upstairs overlooking our rolling hills of the Ozark’s with abundant Wild Life (which can be scene early in the mornings or late evenings) and foliage ….furnished with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Nija Flip up air fryer oven. Full bath with a furnished hair dryer and linens. Living space includes a king size bed, sofa and a oversized chair. We also have WIFI and our custom made retro TV….

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

Come stay on a family friendly working cattle farm with over 200 acres of beautiful landscape and gorgeous views. Enjoy your coffee/cocktails from the front porch of a turn of the century farmhouse while watching Southern Missouri's abundant wildlife including white tail deer, turkey, and other critters. We are also a pet friendly farm. The rear yard is fenced for the safety of your loved ones. There is a $10 per day per pet fee, which is due upon arrival.

The James River Cabin is a luxurious secluded cabin nestled among the trees on 90 acres of river front property. It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.

The river access for swimming, crackling wood burning stove, and hot tub are just some of the many things about this cabin that you are sure to love!
