Unwind in this unique and quiet home in nature reserve near Stockholm. We rent out our guesthouse located in Nacka with proximity to the sea and lake, 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city. The cabin is 30 sqm with sleeping loft, toilet, outdoor shower and kitchenette. In the sleeping loft there is a double bed and a smaller mattress. Downstairs, there is a sofa and a mattress with sleeping space for one person each. In summer, there is the possibility of hiking and swimming in the lake and sea, in winter, cross-country skiing and ice skating in the area.

Lovely summer idyll, 40 minutes by car from Stockholm. 20 meters from the plot there is a nice little beach and jetty where the kayak, which is included in the rental, is located. There are an additional 3 beaches in walking distance. The cottage has an open plan with a sofa bed for two people and a sleeping loft with a double bed. Excellent mobile coverage (5G). Nearest neighbor, 100 meters from the cabin. You have a total of 12,000 sqm of lovely nature plot all to yourselves with four sun loungers and hammocks for comfortable days.

Welcome to enjoy the sun, nature, swimming and tranquility with the whole family. Up on a cliff with a balcony in all sun positions, you can have breakfast in the morning sun and enjoy the birdsong and the silence. After that, you can take a walk on the nice Värmdöleden, which is a stone's throw from the house, or a swim in the lake, which is only 120 meters from the house. In the evening, you can enjoy a sauna and evening sun until 9:00 pm. About 20 minutes' walk takes you to Strömma Krog & Kanalbar.
