Quiet and secluded location. Close to swimming and hiking trails. A small community with grocery store COOP, playground, ice cream shop, hardware store, hotel, pizzeria, is 2.5 km from the property. 12 km to Skuleskogens national park. 7 km to a scenic swimming area with barbecue area and jetties, Almsjöbadet.

Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
