Architect-designed archipelago house on a small island in Piteå

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Depending on the season, the crossing to the island is by small boat, which is included in the rental. In winter, we arrange shuttle service with snowmobiles. The island is located near central Piteå (6 km) and only 400 meters from the mainland. The hot tub is 38 degrees Celsius year-round. Wood-fired sauna on site. Here, you can enjoy the nature of Norrland. The midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter. We can usually arrange transfer to and from Luleå Airport for an additional fee.

Experience the tranquility of this cozy accommodation, accommodating 4-5 people (summer) and 2 people (winter) The accommodation contains a room that is a Living room during the day/Bedroom at night. There is a sofa bed, dining area, well-equipped kitchenette, shower room with toilet. Next to it is a sleeping cabin with a bed and a sofa bed. Find different activities; like hiking after the river, hiking in the forest and up on a mountain overlooking the sea. Or a visit to the 5-star Byske Havsbad, which is a 2-minute walk away.

Just 10 minutes away from Skellefteå is our guest house, which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome but not cats due to allergies. The cottage has large windows facing the horizon and is furnished with what you need. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick spring mattress. From there, you also have a view of the pier from which brave guests usually take a dip. If you want a separate bedroom, ask! Most of the time, we can arrange it! It is wall to wall with a bed 160 cm wide.

This property is conveniently located near the well-known wilderness road. The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen and toilet. The shower room is separate from the cottage in a nearby building in a private building. The nearest stores are in Strömsund within 40 km, so your own means of transport is required to move around the surrounding areas.

Fischer Hütte

We welcome you to our fisherman's hut. It is located in an absolutely secluded location, on the fish-rich lake Skäggvattnet, with a fantastic view over the lake. It's a real wilderness cabin. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed. A place for those who love to be outside to enjoy nature. Be prepared for no electricity and running water in the cabin. But you are in the middle of the wilderness of Lapland. Your only neighbors are the moose, who bathe in the lake from time to time.

Exclusive beach villa with magical location

Modern villa of 120 sqm with sauna at Sweden's most beautiful beach (at least we think so). We've been coming here for three generations and never wanted to go home. Now we hope that you too will enjoy our house, which we have built with care in every detail. The location is magical on the kilometer-long beach in Solberg. It is close to the hills in Tärnaby and Hemavan, Kungsleden is just at the house junction. If you like to fish, it's only a five-minute walk to the rapids.

Karins red cottage

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.

Romantic cottage for 2 with CANOE and SAUNA

"Välkommen" in our small, cozy, recently renovated beach cottage with terrace! It is located directly on the west side of our lake, which reflects a different enchanting sunset every evening. You get to the entrance via the terrace. There is a double bed (1.40 m) with a small additional bed (see photo), a table with comfortable chairs in the room and garden furniture on the terrace. A panorama-sauna on the lake and canoes are available for our guests free of charge!

"Holken" by the lake

Relax in this peaceful and cozy accommodation by the lake. The cottage is suitable for two adults and 1-2 children who can sleep in the loft. Access to swimming, dock, row boat and BBQ. Boat with electric motor, sauna and hot tub can be used by agreement and at a separate cost. 9 km to Örnsköldsvik city center, 4 km to grocery store, pizzeria, flea market, etc.
