Guest house on small island, nice sea view

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant tranquility on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi that holds 38 degrees year round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. In winter we can arrange guided snowmobile tours and ice fishing.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Right between the cities of Umeå and Skellefteå, this house is located in the countryside, close to the community of Robertsfors. There is a golf course, bathhouse, shops, art gallery and museum. Three miles away there is the nice slalom slope in Bygdsiljum. Two miles in the other direction there is a wonderful shallow sandy beach. Buses take you to the cities just 150 meters from the house. Then come home to the hot tub and a sauna with a view of the night sky. In the house there are also toys.

Relax in this unique and quiet home located only 15 min from Östersund and 25 min from Åre/Östersund airport. 1h drive to Åre or Bydalen. The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Linen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Firewood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.
