We rent out our nice little cottage/lake house in Västervik during the summer. The cottage is 2 km from the city center and 50 meters to the jetty where you can swim. The cottage consists of a large living room with a corner sofa bed, TV and dining area, small kitchen, bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a covered terrace in a southwest location with a fantastic view of Gamlebyviken and towards Västervik. Shower and toilet are available. The cottage is 40 sqm incl. terrace suitable for 2 adults and 1 child Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is not included. Unsecured Wi-Fi connection

Excellent accommodation in the old style, for individuals, couples or families to discover Västervik's archipelago and swimming areas. Fully-equipped kitchen (simple standard), flat-top stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and Wi-Fi. Also excellent for those who need short-term accommodation for work. 5-minute walk to the city center. 5-minute drive to the 5-star Lysingsbadet resort. 45 minutes to Vimmerby/Astrid Lindgren's World. Leave the house clean, in good condition, please. In case of cigarette odor, an additional fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged.

The property is located in a nature reserve with hiking trail with barbecue areas. 1.5 km to the golf course. The guest brings bed linen and is responsible for cleaning up before departure. You have access to a private jetty for swimming and fishing. Gränsö is a beautiful nature reserve with several hiking trails that offer fantastic views of both the forest and the coast. There is also proximity to Gränsö Castle, which offers a restaurant and spa. Perfect for those who want to enjoy nature, hike along the trails and experience a peaceful environment.

Farmhouse on a secluded lake plot with fantastic location! Possibility of swimming from the plot & jetty, most swimming areas nearby. Perfect location for kayaking. Nice walking paths. About 6 km to the city center. City bus stop in direct vicinity. Close to Lysingsbadet with restaurants etc. Approximately 9 km to Ekhagens Golf Course, approximately 1 hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's World. (The pool belongs to the large house, not available) The tenant is responsible for cleaning. Bed linens/towels can be rented for SEK 150/set.

It is possible to sleep 4 people if there are 2 children. It is only a few 100 meters to a very nice swimming spot in the Syrsan bay. There is exercise equipment, etc. Close to Västervik Loftahammar Vimmerby, Norrköping, Söderköping and Linköping You can get out into Tjust archipelago with boats from Västervik and Loftahammar It is about 65 km to Astrid Lindgren's World. Close to sledding places. You can enjoy the tranquility of our garden. If you don't want to clean up after you, we do it for an additional cost. SEK 300

Relax in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house is located right by the sea, on a secluded part of our garden. Quiet, harmonious and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik city center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three people. It is nice to dock by boat at our jetty if you want to bring a boat. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we would like them to sleep in their own bed.

A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. Lakeside house on Gränsö

A modern, fully-equipped private house of 45 sqm in a scenic area. Living room with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen and double bed upstairs. Patios in three directions, 100 meters to the sea and walking distance to Gränsö Castle. Ekhagen's golf course is about 2 km from the accommodation and to Västervik's center it is about a 30-minute walk. NOTE: Bring sheets/towels or rent for a fee of SEK 500 Guests are responsible for cleaning upon departure or buying it upon arrival for SEK 600.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.
