Refrigerator, freezer, and new bathroom are the latest. Hallingstugu is located on a farm in active operation with cows, sheep and garden hens. In the outdoor area, there is plenty of space to ski and sled. Popular attractions nearby include Nesfjellet alpine, golf, Nystølkroken café, Langedrag nature park and endless cross-country ski trails. Everything within a few kilometres by car.

In winter, a ski slope is made in and past the cabin – parking is then 1 km from the cabin.

Det er kort vei til slalombakkene, 12 minutter kjøring til Geilo sentrum med alle sine fasiliteter. Eiendommen består av hytte og anneks og er totalrenovert de siste årene. Her får man fred i sjelen

Our cabin was renovated and extended in the fall of 2022, and we can warmly welcome you and your travel companions! The cabin contains three bedrooms with double beds in addition to a loft/living room with a double sofa bed. Large bathroom with washing machine/dryer and well equipped kitchen. In the attic living room there is a TV that is connected to broadband, so you can stream what you want to see. Large porch with outdoor furniture and fire pit. Possibility to charge an electric car.

Det er eigen parkeringsplass til leiligheita, med inngang på baksida av snekkeriet. Lite lysforurensing og kjempefin stjernehimmel. Me driv med sau har på Langegard, og unge og gamle er hjarteleg velkomne med i fjøset eller på beitet og ta del i oppgåver på garden om det er interesse for det. Sengetøy for voksne og håndklær inkludert. Barneseng og stol til låns.

Hiking and fishing terrain easily accessible; a large network of ski slopes, cycling and hiking trails. It is almost 6 km up to the high mountain in Skarvheimen where you can see Reineskarvet and Hallingskarvet. The cabin is located by itself and there is a road all the way up. If you enjoy quiet and scenic surroundings, it is worth taking the trip here.

If you fancy downhill skiing, within ten to sixty minutes drive you have access to Ål skicenter, Skarslia ski center, Geilo ski center, Hemsedal ski center, Skagahøgdi skicenter (Gol) and Hallingskarvet ski center. Cabin is rented out WITHOUT bedlinen and towels.
