Cozy cottage on Resarö Vaxholm, Stockholm Archipelago

Resarö is located in Vaxholm municipality, which is also called the capital of the archipelago. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need for a ferry. Transportation to Stockholm and Vaxholm City is good, there are buses almost around the clock. If you come from Arlanda Airport (ARN), it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. The accommodation is located in a lush garden with animals, nature and sea close by. Swimming dock in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters away from the house.

Newly built villa in idyllic Stockholm Archipelago!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, idyllic place to stay on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago, but close to Stockholm City (30 minutes by car). Swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes (by bus). From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

The house is nestled in a lovely natural environment on attractive Svavelsö in the Stockholm archipelago near the sea and the beach only 25 minutes from Stockholm city. This newly built smaller villa of 80 sqm has an open plan upstairs with kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. Windows and patio door provide proximity to nature and views of the water. Downstairs with 1 master Bedroom and a "studio" with 2 80 cm beds and bathroom with washing machine and shower. The house is beautifully and personally decorated with full conveniences.

Relax with family and friends in this cozy home located in the heart of Hersby. The house is in a quiet dead end street 2 minutes walk from Lidingö Centrum. Spacious house, built in 1936, with 9 rooms for socializing both outside and inside with a playroom, several TV rooms and different places for meals. Nice sunny plot from morning till night, perfect for play, swimming and barbecue evenings. 10 minutes by car you will come to Stockholm's inner city for shopping or lovely swimming areas with cozy cafes on Lidingö.

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.
