Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt. Wir haben das Haus ganz bewusst danach ausgesucht, dass wir den Schiffsverkehr beobachten können und wurden in unseren Erwartungen übertroffen. Ansonsten war auch alles prima. Ein echtes Traumhaus.

Beautiful house with a very good vibe. Very personal, with the feeling you step into the owners' home. The views over the archipelago are breathtaking. Great terrace. Good swimming with staircase decending directly down from the terrace (if slightly cold, but then this is Sweden :-)).

Really beautiful home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Close to the tram station and a large grocery store. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We were disappointed that the sauna was not working during our stay, but everything else was great!

Wir waren Ende Juli / Anfang August in dem Haus im Schärengebiet. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Durch die neu gebaute Terasse konnten wir tagsüber im Schatten sitzen und den Blick aufs Wasser und den Schiffsverkehr genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin klappte sehr gut. Sie konnte uns bei einem Problem schnell helfen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohn- bzw. Sommerhausgebiet in der Nähe vom Velamsund. Die Badestelle ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen und auch der Wald mit Wanderwegen und einem Outdoorsportplatz beginnt kurz hinter dem Haus. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Es gibt zwar Busverbindungen, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10 km entfernt und bis in die Innenstadt bräuchte man 1 Stunde (mit dem Auto ca. 25 Minuten). Die Schiffsverbindung nach Stockholm ist nett, die Boote fahren aber nicht sehr oft.

Une magnifique maison sur une île incroyable et un temps de rêves durant nos deux semaines à Tynningö. Que dire de Johan à part que c’est l’hôte idéal. Une personne joyeuse, agréable et toujours disponible. Nous étions deux adultes avec deux enfants, la maison est immense, propre et très joliment décorée. On se sent comme dans un cocon à l’abri du bruit dans un écrin de verdure. La piscine belle et propre a été un vrai plus pour les enfants et les adultes. Des balades à pieds, des plages magnifiques à 5mn de marche, le ferry ⛴️ à 5mn en voiture pour rejoindre les autres îles ou visiter Stockholm… bref c’est de loin la plus belle surprise que nous ayons eu avec Airbnb et je ne peux que recommander les mêmes vacances que nous pour un séjour apaisant et plein de beaux paysages. We stayed at Kalle’s place in 8 - 2 families with teenagers. The house was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and the SUP (as well as we did!). Great evenings on the terrace and at the fireplace, barbecues every night… Kalle is an excellent host, extremely helpful, full of resources and advice. He suggested a concert in the neighborhood, a swimming sauna and boat trip which we enjoyed a lot! We found ourselves part of a neighborhood of very welcoming people. Alternating visits of Stockholm and days by/on the water was ideal for our group and nearby Waxholm is a great starting point for exploring the arcipelago. We strongly recommend the place and were very sorry to leave!

Wir waren mit großen Kindern da und das Grundstück, die Insel und das Haus hat allen sehr gefallen. Alle sind sich einig, wir wollen wieder kommen.

Autentisk, rar og ideel bolig for en større familie der vil opleve skærgårdens fortræffeligheder. Vi følte os straks godt hjemme i boligen og på grunden. Masser af plads og et smukt autentisk område. Michelles instruktioner om vandreruter, badesteder mm gjorde at vi fik så mange skønne oplevelser. Bl.a. at sejle til Stockholm med afgang / ankomst blot 200 m fra boligen.

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

Jonas is an amazing host who met us at the house, showed us everything, and allowed us to use his beautiful pool. What a gorgeous home with lovely design and every comfort. Jonas was available throughout our stay as we asked questions. We felt so at home in this lush, quiet, comfortable setting. If you are visiting Stockholm this is a wonderful accommodation. We had a phenomenal stay at Jakob's house with pool in Stockholm. The location is great: quiet, but with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and with good public transport to the center of Stockholm. The spacious house is furnished with great taste and style and is fully equipped. Everything was available in the kitchen, and the sound system and projector are awesome. Jakob is a great host, and he answered questions very quickly. We will be happy to come back to Stockholm, and very happy to come back to Jakob's house - thank you for everything!

The home was amazing and had everything we needed - we were a family of 4 occupying the upstairs and a family of 3 with a small baby occupying the big room downstairs, where there's also a sofa in the room, and one can put a crib. The grill, pool, trampoline, berry bushes, the children's hut and slides and toys in the backyard - everything was incredible to spend a lot of quality time in the home, enjoying the company of friends we haven't seen in a long while. The setting was perfect for us. House amenities are in great conditions and everything came with clear instructions of use. The area is a quiet residential spot, so not a lot to do right there, but the waterfront is about 30min away walking - where you can swim and kayak or just walk and see ducks and geese, and there's a train to city center 3 minutes from the home. all in all, we had an amazing stay and home to return again!

this is a house located in one of the affluent areas in the north of Stockholm. the house has a nice pool, sauna if you know how to operate one, and good outdoor deck with a great view. the house is well equipped with a modern kitchen, living room with a nice TV, and a dining room with a good view. I'd recommend this place for families and people wanting to work remotely, imagine taking a swim and sauna after a day at work! while the location is beautiful with nearby water and a forest and a golf course, getting to the city could be a drag for some people with a pure touristy mindset. it's a comfortable house and the hosts were welcoming and on top of our requests.

What an amazing house in the heart of beautiful Soltsjobaden. This was the perfect place for two UK families to stay and explore Stockholm for the first time. The house is beautiful, so spacious and really stylishly presented, the outside space and pool were just so relaxing. The suburb of Soltsjobaden is gorgeous, from the house it was just a few minutes walk to the jetty for a swim and stunning views across the water. We didn’t have a car but easily walked the 10 minutes to the supermarket for provisions. Bjorn even provided a shopping type trolley to make it easy to move the heavier items. Björn’s recommendation for Holmens restaurant was a 20 minute stroll, but it’s a lovely walk and the place is fantastic. Getting into the city couldn’t have been easier, exactly 30 mins on the bus, that stops a 5 minute walk from the house. We went into the city 3 times during our 5 night stay. So much to do! We’re really grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Simply great, cheers.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so cozy. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back again!
