Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

We are living on a cape with water around us. Newly built apartment with all comforts. Has access to private jetty with bath. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as food etc. are within about 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city centre. About 1 km to the bus stop. In winter we have skiing tracks close by, and if the ice is lying tours with long-distance skates. Near golf club. Some restaurants within about 2 km radius.
