Was exactly how described and pictured. Diana was proactive in giving me instructions how to arrive. She was also very responsive.

Jonathan’s place was the perfect accommodation for our stay. The views were spectacular, the proximity to Old San Juan was perfect, and everything was safe and clean. We highly recommend staying here!

This condo is sooo far above and beyond what the description can express and the pictures can convey. This is obviously Julio and Larry's personal condo and it shows. The furnishings and decor are luxurious. There is nothing that is not provided: from beach chairs, beach buggy beach towels, and snorkle gear...to sundries and luxury bath linens.... to high end-kitchen appliances and anything you could want or need for preparing meals. The view, oh man, the view. The pictures cannot do it justice. Theanoramic views of the ocean, bay and mountains are just epic, and also super cool at night The hosts are super responsive and genuinely nice. I cannot wait to return. Thanks Julio!

Beautiful stay, great balcony and very spacious. Very local and super cheap Ubers from the location to many places. I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in condado. The only downside was that it was very cold, we were instructed to not turn it down or off due to humidity but getting out of water from doing excursions or even from the shower to an ice cold room was not ideal.

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

Large clean condo in a good central location. Concierge on site and building check in process is efficient and offers good safety measures. Old San Juan is about a 5-10 minute Uber ride depending on traffic conditions. Beautiful beach with plenty of sun and shade that's about a 5-10 minute walk away. Condo has two beach chairs & towels for use, or you can rent at beach. The main bedroom is large with an ultra-comfortable bed. Unit has central air, and building has a backup generator. (we arrived same day as island blackout so having a generator was a huge plus). Dahiana provides very clear and thorough instructions along with a list of restaurants, places of interest etc.

Had a great stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The place was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The price was fair, the amenities were all there, and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Totally great place when I found it my flight was delayed so arrived at 1 am it was very dark not helped by taxi drivers dropping me at Hilton hotel which thankfully the reception was helpful and pointed me in right direction it was very close to hotel so good landmark for taxis etc once inside the apartment was great totally 5* and above Loved the location and apartment!!! The host although on holiday himself always was available and came back very quickly again 5 star I would definitely stay again totally recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Grace's place. The place had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. The beach was private, beautiful, and relaxing. The location is a good spot if you are exploring sites on both sides of the island. We would definitely stay there again!

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Amazing condominium I stood there by myself. Very clean and as described which I love. View is amazing very safe location in Old San Juan. I would definitely stay there when I go back.

Our stay was great. Nice location. The building was very secure which I loved. The Airbnb was very beautiful and clean. Only hiccup we had was the hot water wasn’t quite “hot” when we initially arrived. I let Mitchelle know and within fifteen minutes someone arrived and it was addressed and fixed. Overall great stay and we enjoyed our time here. Would definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating. I left some beach necessities such as beach toys and beach blanket for future guest to enjoy.

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!

It was a beautiful place. Well kept the view was beautiful. Everything was exactly on what was explained on the Airbnb website we couldn’t ask for anything more. The host was wonderful Miguel we will return most likely with the rest of our family or other couples.

Felt right at home, home looks just like the pictures. First trip after almost 20 years, for a family of 7. I would definitely recommend families to stay here.

What a property! This gem has the most gorgeous upstairs apartment. We loved hanging out up there and in the back courtyard. One thing we didn’t realize is that the three first floor bedrooms are actually in two separate apartments. Bedrooms in these units have a/c but not the other areas. The location was incredible. We walked everywhere to explore and eat! Really great hosts and a wonderful spot for a few days of Puerto Rico fun!

House was great. Property is beautiful. Close enough to Old San Juan.
