In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Separate apartment of 90 m2 on the lower floor with private entrance. From the terrace there is a 180 degree water view over the Little Belt. Four beds + 2 children on the floor. Large living room sleeps 2, bedroom, bath with sauna, kitchen with all amenities + washer and dryer. Free internet (Netflix) and TV channels. Wine, beer and water are available for purchase. Faurskov Mølle is located in the beautiful Brende Aadal - one of the most scenic areas on Funen. The area invites you to hike in forests and meadows. Likewise, the Funen fishing waters are within a short driving distance and Barløse Golf for a round, can be reached possibly by bike. Faurskov Mill is an old watermill with one of Denmark's largest mill wheels, diameter (6.40 m). There was originally a grain mill, which was later changed to a wool spinning mill. The mill has not been running since the 1920s.

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.
