Newly built large view apartment located on the 9th floor right on the waterfront in the new harbor area in Vejle. From here, views of Vejle Fjord, Bølgen and Vejle city. 10 minutes' walk to the city center. In the apartment's large kitchen/living room, there are beautiful windows and access to one of the apartment's two balconies overlooking the fjord. The apartment's other balcony has evening sun and views towards the city. Both bathrooms have a shower and underfloor heating. There is an elevator and free parking.

The upper floor is furnished as a vacation apartment. There is a private entrance. The entrance and staircase are separated from the home on the ground floor with a temporary partition/screen wall and curtains. You can easily hear upstairs hear when the residents on the ground floor go through the other part of the hallway. The kitchen. Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

There is plenty of room for everyone in this spacious and unique home. There are 4 bedrooms in the house and 1 bedroom in a separate annex, a total of 9 beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. There is a living room. A hall with sea views and a playroom for children on the ground floor. The house is located 50 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, which is child-friendly. Guests must remember to bring bed linens, sheets and towels. All guests must purchase mandatory final cleaning.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is room for cozy and lovely walks by the beach, lake, river or cliff. The beach is mainly sandy. The area is amazing and the house is located at the quiet end of the summerhouse area. The scenic surroundings are home to abundant wildlife, living among other things: revering white-tailed eagles in the area. If anything else is going to happen, it's not far to Legoland, Vejle el Fredericia.

The kitchen and living room are united in a beautiful family room, with a direct exit to the balcony. You will wake up with a lovely view over the fjord. The property is facing south which guarantees sun all day long. Its location close to the city makes it convenient to manage everyday tasks.

Welcome to our little peaceful oasis, which is located right down to Vejle fjord and about 100 m to a lovely child-friendly beach. The cottage consists of a combined kitchen and living room, sunroom, bedroom with 140 cm wide bed, room with bunk bed and bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed, so there is also the possibility of sleeping here. The house is decorated with an emphasis on authentic cottage style and coziness.
