The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

Our accommodation is located in Agárd, in the resort area of Lake Velence, 50 km from Budapest and 15 km from Székesfehérvár, on a quiet street. It is easily accessible by car (M7 highway) and train. The lake shore is a 10-15 minute walk away, which offers beach and sports facilities. The Agárd Thermal Bath is 1.5 km away.
