Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Velipojë

We traveled to Velipoja as a group of a total of 7 friends. Traffic in peak season from Tirana airport to Velipoja is a bit challenging, but considering the entire traffic situation in Albania is fine. The house was optimal. We especially liked that there were 3 air conditioners and also the outdoor kitchen and its amenities were perfect. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken with us. Otherwise, Serkiz helped us a lot, especially with a problem with the airline, who mistakenly flew a friend's suitcase to Poland. Our host's recommendations were also helpful in designing our vacation. Be it restaurants or attractions in the surrounding area. We really liked the location, as the house is located away from the central tourist region of Velipoja, but all the restaurants, bars and the beach could still be reached within a 10-minute walk.

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

This place is just perfect! The amenities are quality, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is excellent. Communication with the owner was seamless and clear directions. The little cake as a welcome made us happy! Unbeatable value for money, we recommend 100%!

Communication with Fridolin was great. We received instructions in advance and were met at the cottage. Also during the stay Fridolin was proactive and helpful and always available quickly. The cottage met the description and was neat and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court! You have complete privacy. Highly recommended!

The stay was really great! The apartment was very well furnished and check in was very easy. Unfortunately, we only spent one night there, but we were helped directly with all questions.

Our stay at Alma's place was perfect. Thanks to their directions, we found it easy and the place was as described. Her parents welcomed us very warmly and were available all the time and gave us many great tips and provided extra toys for the children. The accommodation is quiet and in the middle of the countryside, right on the beach and yet you can quickly get to the surrounding places and have all the shopping you need. The place is super equipped and we felt at home. Especially for a holiday with children, it is perfect. We can only recommend Alma's place from the heart and are very grateful for the nice time we were able to spend there.

Everything was great. Very clean apartment, close to the beach and Irla is a great host. Highly recommended.

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

I had a very nice stay in Gierdi's apartment. As far as AirBnB's, this was one of my favorites I've stayed in. There were so many thoughtful elements to the apartment that make it not only comfortable for a short-term stay but a long-term stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the views of the city were nice, the appliances were great. Overall I had an extremely nice stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Milenas place was just as described on the listing. It was spotlessly clean, had the most beautiful view, comfy bed and a modern bathroom. Milena was very easy to communicate with, i would 100% stay here again.

Klemar was very responsive and super kind with us. The place is nice, you are pretty much in the centre of the city, best thing for the walks!

My family had a lovely stay in the perfect location - right by the beach, at the quieter end of the town. Shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was clean and organized. Beach chairs and umbrella can be rented daily and there are plenty to choose from. Finding street parking can be challenging during high season but it can be found a short walk away. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning again someday 😊

Very good value for what you pay. Beach is within 5 min reach, walking. Staff is very welcoming. Check in is easy and flexible. Place was exactly as shown in pictures.

Amazing views of the lake! We thank Ardit for his hospitality and hospitality. The space is spacious and very clean. The terrace is a plus to enjoy the peaceful scenery.

Good place close to center

Alex and Petar by far have been the kindest, most accommodating and gentle hosts I have ever met. Their house was exactly how a holiday home should be. I really would love to just take a month off and stay in that house and maybe work remotely. The theme, the decor, the cleanliness, everything was top notch. Highly highly recommend

Ernad is a very enjoyable and cheerful host. The apartment is quietly located and offers a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. In addition, the apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
