Monthly Rentals in Venice

Nuthin' Fancy but perfect! Second visit; came last June with a friend and returned this year with the same friend and hubby. Perfect layout for us: snoring hubby got his own bedroom, and we used the first-floor bathroom, friend got the upstairs bedroom and bath. Full kitchen for meals, welcome gifts upon arrival. Best part: bad storm knocked out power for several hours. We were immediately informed of where candles and flashlights were kept (with working batteries!). Fun evening of playing cards by candlelight :) Lots of wineries and waterfall hikes in the area (even if some trails were closed). Most of our destinations were 30 minutes or less away. We are already talking about a return trip next year!

My third stay and consistently comfortable with responsive hosts. It’s out in the country so the outside is not going to be like a five star resort, but everything outside works, and parking is simple and easy. They do a very impressive job maintaining the inside - spotless bathroom and kitchen, appliances work very well, and kitchen is fully furnished. I hope to continue my annual stay there for the foreseeable future - perfect for my needs, and an excellent value.
