It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. As nature lovers seeking tranquility, we acquired this old farmhouse nestled in a green setting, surrounded by pastures, a pond, and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully furnished the barn. The exterior improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.
