It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. We welcome you to our house, which is ideal for discovering our region steeped in history (Chemin des Dames), architecture (Châteaux, Cathédrales), gastronomy (Château de Courcelles, Fére en Tardenois, Route de Champagne) and leisure (Center Parc, golf, fishing, water sports, hiking, equestrian center). Finally, we are located in the Soissons, Laon, Reims triangle south of the Aisne at the gates of Champagne and 1.5 hours from Paris. Above all, we want everyone to be comfortable.

Spacious, self-contained accommodation with unobstructed views. As nature lovers seeking tranquility, we acquired this old farmhouse nestled in a green setting, surrounded by pastures, a pond, and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully furnished the barn. The exterior improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

Our gite has 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, 4 bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a private garden and terrace and shops are nearby.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Montagne de Reims Nature Park, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres gîte, labelled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.
