Our stay at El Refugio was truly quiet, very peaceful. The surroundings are very pleasant, far from the noise. The apartment is a little far from the main park, a few blocks away, close to the dam but inside the village. The hosts are excellent, very good air comes in, it is cool compared to the outside, good fans, comfortable beds and well-dressed, everything is very clean is a beautiful view. Really the price ratio is right. It is inexpensive and is what is paid.

An excellent place to stay. The patio and pool were the best to cool off from the heat of the city. The house in general feels a little warm, but it's what to expect for the place! It is very spacious, the kitchen is super well equipped, the beds and sofas comfortable. We found everything very clean. Monica was always available for anything we need and would respond in minutes. I would recommend the place and I would come back.

Great hosts. We appreciate the kindness and willingness that Cristhian, Don Jaime and his wife had. They were always aware of us, of our arrival and of giving us all the recommendations. Regarding the impeccable house, everything in perfect condition. Practically like new. The delicious breakfast, varied, took into account the food restrictions. Prepared with lots of love. We definitely recommend this stay. Thank you for hosting us

I will definitely return, the house is beautiful, and the landscape left me speechless, a very quiet place to rest and share with family. No noise of any kind, it is very cozy, the house has spaces to enjoy them, we never left the estate as we had everything we needed, and Carolina was always attentive to us. The House has everything you need in very good condition, the mattresses, blankets and kitchen utensils, it is very well equipped in every aspect.

The hotel is very well located, the place is quiet and secure. The cabin is in perfect condition, the mattresses are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool remains clean and suitable for children and large. The common areas have games and lounging areas for the whole family, a perfect place to go with children. A highly recommended place without any hesitation. We were very happy with our stay. Great host!

I loved it, it's exactly as the photos and in the description. For people arriving google maps gives the wrong address as a block away, then it is better to communicate directly with Ignacio and he responds super fast. Everything is clean, the pool is super clean and the people in charge of receiving us are very friendly. It does not have air conditioning, that would add, however the fans throughout the cabin work very well. We were 6 people and we had the pool just for us. The village is super close, there are markets, there are waterfalls close to the house like 15 minutes by car. would definitely come back.
