Cabin vacation rentals in Vermilion

Larry’s cabin was amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s the perfect size and has all the amenities for a small family and then some. The kids both felt like they had their own space. Bonus was the canoe that allowed us to enjoy the lake even more, and the hot tub was clean and in great shape. I recommend this highly and we WILL be back!

Karina was truly kind and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From the moment we made the reservation to both before and after check-in, she responded quickly, thoroughly, and with such warmth—it made the whole experience even better. The property itself exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. Just looking out over the wide open lawn brought us a sense of peace and calm. The fireplace area was well-designed, allowing everyone to sit comfortably in a circle, and having two grills made everything so convenient. All the little decorations around the house were adorable and gave a personal, cozy touch—it was clear Karina puts a lot of care into the space. This place was so perfect that if we ever get the chance, we would absolutely love to come back again without a second thought.

The host was very responsive to all our questions. With its great location near Cleveland and excellent amenities, we’ll definitely be back!

Gary’s cabin was an incredible experience from the moment we booked our evening. We were given a very long, detailed and friendly message with clear instructions on check in, as well as included amenities. We were greeted upon arrival with a very clean and inviting cabin that instantly felt like home away from home. In addition to the peaceful surroundings was the company of Miso, one of the coolest cats we’ve had the pleasure to meet. The entire experience was one of the most peaceful and positive experiences we’ve had. We cannot wait to return in the fall.

Everything was as described and the owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Had some issues with an outdated payment method and she literally explained to me through messages how to properly use the app because I was lost. Went above and beyond to make sure it went well for me!

This cabin was perfect for our family of four. It’s small but very well thought out and didn’t feel cramped at all. We loved the outside space and fire pit. The main bedroom was spacious and the second room with the twin beds was perfect for our two kids. Everything was spotless and the directions and communication were fantastic. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

We had a great stay. We were pleasantly surprised with all that they had at the cabin. The place was stocked with everything you would need to cook. They even had measuring cups and a can opener. We also were appreciative that the place was stocked with toilet paper and paper towels enough for our three night stay. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The location was perfect to access trailheads and the towpath. We definitely plan to go back at some point.

great spot on the island. you really get to be in the center of everything and feel entirely alone with full privacy.

Great stay. Really enjoyed the location. Terri's instructions were clear. No linens or bedding provided, but communication and expectations were direct and reiterated through the app and email. Cabin was well stocked. Island was at low tourist time which was perfect for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here and it was very close to town and hiking trails within the National Park. Their private trails with overlooks were serene and beautiful. The home was lovely and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Communication 👍, Great Place For Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties Even Family Weekend Getaways.

The cabin is beautifully nestled in woods. I wanted a home to spend time with family during post Christmas, and this met my expectations. The deer outside the back were an extra bonus. The nearby train might bother some, but it did not interfere with our joyous occasion. Very cute village within a few minutes of walking. The price was high, but its location to our Cleveland family during the holiday was convenient. Leisa was very available to answer any questions we had. Lovely spot!

A quiet cabin in the woods with big enough areas to be together but also a whole separate building to do stuff on our own at times too. Great porches that overlook the beautiful Mill Stream Run reservation and some rain ahead of our visit had the stream running strong that made the far back deck a popular area. Really enjoyed unplugging with the family while on property and the closeness to I-71 made it easy to get where we needed to around town as well. Thanks!

I loved this air bnb!!! It’s the perfect location away from the downtown area. Very easy to get to downtown with the $3/person taxi service put in bay offers. The cabin was private and peaceful and slept everyone comfortably.
