Beach condo vacation rentals in Vero Beach

Everything was great and as advertised. The host was very responsive with a few questions we had within an hour or so of checking in. Checking in was easy, just use a pin code on the door when you get there. Checking out was also a breeze. The house has plenty of space, outside balcony, and was right by the pool. The access to the beach is right behind the building. Definitely recommend.

Pictures don’t do it justice! Place is larger and with 6 kiddos in tow (8 people) it was a resort with everything and a fun and safe resort. The staff were wonderful- everyone chats with you and the kids!- even the Tram driver. Of which the driver (Will) saw a cell phone on the bench before he pulled away and saved me from that loss! And mostly-this place was the best view-Oceanside. The best was they also fed us the events happening during our stay. Of which the rocket launch was phenomenal! Both owners and resort staff text to check in and see how stay is and if needed anything. Responses were almost immediate. We will be back, this was perfect! Thank you!

Host was friendly and flexible with check in. The place was super clean, organized and comfortable. It’s small, but great location- by the beach. The building is very simple but the unit made it worth it! Basically beach front, hard to beat it.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

The VIEW and LOCATION were absolutely wonderful! The condo is in fact a condo, but the space was very well used and organized, which in turn made this space feel very comfortable and relaxing! We enjoyed our stay very much, and struggled with the fact that we had to leave! We are already making plans to come back!

Great location. Easy access to beach. We were lucky we could check in early and use the beach that day. Good communication with Lori and she had everything ready for us. Highly recommend!

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

Wonderful location! Loved all the amenities at Cape Winds. We thoroughly enjoyed playing Pickleball, swimming, the hot tub, and the convenience of such a short walk to the beach. Also, the bike lanes in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach made us feel safe riding our bikes. The condo is very nicely decorated and a good size for the two of us. We also were thrilled to be able to eat most of our dinners out on the patio. We very much recommend this unit to anyone who wants a great condo in a fantastic location!

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at the Shark Shack and it was just as lovely as the first time. Donnetta is very friendly, accommodating and willing to do what she can to make our stay enjoyable. This place is truly a hidden gem and we look forward to booing again for next year!

Patrice’s place was SO beautiful. Cute condo and nice amenities. The pool was brand new and everyone was really nice. Patrice was also very helpful and kind about everything!

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with an easy walk to the beach!! Having a bath and a half is so convenient. All of the instructions are updated and very helpful, and hosts are very engaged and responsive. We had a great time 😊

Christina is an amazing host. She responds very quickly and is very professional and accommodating. Her apartment was one of the best places we ever stayed. Very clean, modern, wonderfully stocked and close to the beach, restaurants and other shops in the neighborhood. We enjoyed very clean swimming pool and tennis courts which were on the property. Watching beach in the morning and sunsets in the evening was another great experience which added to the value of our vacation. We definitely enjoyed every moment of our vacation and would recommend this place to everybody!!!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!

This condo was nicely decorated, very clean, great pool and amenities and steps to the beach…had it all! Michelle, the host, was wonderful, helpful and quick to respond to any needs we had. We had a great trip… already booked again for next year!

We enjoyed the quiet and serene space. Just what the doctor ordered for our needs. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Communication with Dana was great. Dana provided helpful advice and information about the area. We did have a peek at one of her cats - adorable. We highly recommend this space. Would come again. Thank you!

The place was spacious and in a fabulous location. Our favorite room was the outside patio on the second floor to watch the sunset. It suited all of our needs. Very walkable to 3 different playgrounds, the beach and restaurants. We reserved it again for next year!

We had an, albeit ahort, very pleasant stay. I'll miss the sound of the sea forever. The appartment has everything uou need to enjoy a beach vacation, the heated pool on the resort was amazing. It's woth noting that thia property is only four stories high, unlike most of the behemooths on that location, thia gives a sense of privacy and coziness that gets lost otherwise.

Condo is very nice and was incredibly clean. We enjoyed the location, quiet and a quick 3 min drive to the beach, with plenty of parking. Theoretically, you could walk, but with the heat, humidity and beach items, it’s a better idea to just drive! We had a TV issue in the guest room and they were over the next morning and took care of it (with a new tv), they did offer to come out that evening, but it was not necessary for us. 100% would stay here again in the future! The customer service was exceptional!

What a great place to get away for a week after our wedding! Having access to the beach as well as umbrellas and chairs, a cooler as well to bring to the beach was perfect.

Tommy and Deidre were very responsive and the place was exactly what we expected. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful trip with the kids and grandparents!! Wonderful amenities and very clean! They were super responsive and kind!

So look I've been to a ton of Airbnbs. On occasion stuff the cleaner crew should have done was not done. Not the owners fault. It is what comes next that matters. Many fall short. This one did not. I informed the owner that there was no coffee left and no paper towels. Bam! 7am the next morning they are both outside the door. That is someone who cares.
