Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

This is a walk-up consisting of 10 steps. There is parking on premises directly in front of the apartment entrance door, as well as street parking. The apartment is stocked with linens, sheets, towels, dishes, comforters, pillows, cleaning supplies and some beauty supplies.
