There are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from a Michelin restaurant. The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

Cozy holiday apartment on the 1st floor in beautiful, older villa. The apartment includes two rooms, living room with exit to small balcony, as well as private kitchen and bath. There is room for 4 people - plus any extra bedding on a good sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen includes stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle - and of course various utensils and services. Access to washing machine/tumble drier in the basement of the house can be arranged. Entrance through the house entrances, but in addition it is a separate apartment.

There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

From the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the fjord and only 200 meters to a "private beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or even bring your own. The entire apartment was newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.
