With an hour by car to both Svolvær one way and Å the other. Just outside the apartment there are possibilities for nice mountain hikes. Stamsund also has both grocery stores, restaurant and coffee shop at walking distance.

Very quiet and nice location on large property close to the water (lake), or Hovden which is part of the Borgevassdrag where there are salmon and sea trout if you are interested in fishing. Located centrally for trips both west and east in Lofoten. Short distance to the grocery store, 5min and about 20min drive by car to Leknes and 45min to Svolvær.

There are great hiking trails just outside, and you can catch fish from the dock. It is possible to pay and go out to sea with a big boat, or buy fishingcards for the waters abowe.
