was in need of a quiet, relaxing, no stress getaway. place felt warm and cozy and exactly what I was looking for. I definitely very relaxed. the view was incredible . would stay again for sure

The place was amazing! Perched right beside the Vesuvious ferry (not noisy at all) with an amazing view of the water. The place is huge, with views from almost every window. Each couple got thier own bedroom. The kitchen was overstocked with items. Great fridge, 6 burner stove, and dishwasher, but no microwave. You are right on the edge of the ocean. Reed supplied paddle boards etc which the kids loved. A firepit was welcome at night time. Communication was fantastic! Reed often texted back right away! He even allowed us the stay an extra couple of hours so we didn't have to wait for the ferry somewhere. Highly recommend the place.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was cozy, had everything we needed, and our pup loved running around the yard. Doug was so helpful, telling us about all of the dog friendly spots on the island. We would definitely stay here again!
