Quiet, 10 minutes walk from the city center and the train station (50 minutes by train from Paris) and 5 minutes from the A13 access, 70m2 house on two levels + sports room. On the ground floor, a main room with fitted kitchen open to living/dining room opening onto terrace and garden/barbecue, WC with washing machine. Upstairs two large bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom and WC. 2 parking spaces. Air conditioner. Wifi.

Sofa bed (110x190), baby bed on request, TV with Canal+. Swimming pool, terraces, large garden, trampoline, hammock and soccer cages for young and old.
