Vacation rentals with lake access in Veyrier-du-Lac

Super week-end dans une maison accueillante et avec une localisation incroyable. Tout était conforme aux descriptions.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, belle villa paisible, bien située, grande cuisine avec beaucoup d'équipements, literies très confortables. Promenade à pied en sortant de la maison au bord du lac, Je vous conseille en toute sécurité cette villa

our first impression was that the house was even better than the pictures. we liked the layout and we had plenty of sleeping and living space. It is a short walk to the lake and about 15 minutes walk to town. We loved the location for our Xmas holiday and we visited Xmas markets and ski slopes and the Chateau du Menthon plus Annecy and some recommended restaurants.. Danny and Caro's instructions, responsiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness were wonderful. The house is very clean with all the amenities we needed. Thank you.

Maison très agréable pour notre séjour en famille avec la possibilité d'avoir un espace pour chaque groupe. Pièce de vie spacieuse et confortable pour notre groupe (10 pers). Le Logement est très bien situé à proximité du lac et de la piste cyclable. Marina est réactive et s'est adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Wonderful stay in beautiful location, with lots to do in the surroundings for the entire family. We absolutely loved the place and it really made our holiday great. Local recommendations were very much appreciated! Can highly recommend!

Une vue magnifique , un logement moderne et très propre. nous avons été très bien accueillis et guidés sur des adresses et activités autour du lac. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

La casa è molto accogliente, arredata bene e confortevole. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di capodanno e c'erano gli addobbi natalizi che rendevano tutto ancora più caldo. La taverna con il camino è un vero gioiellino. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Unica nota ci sono molte scale, 4, e tutte abbastanza impegnative quindi attenzione se avete bambini piccoli o persone anziane. Il lago è davvero vicinissimo, c'è una panetteria e un piccolo market a pochi metri dalla casa oltre a qualche ristorante; a pochi minuti d'auto ci sono molti paesi belli e Annecy.

La maison est très agréable à vivre, parfaitement équipée et idéalement située. On ne lasse pas de la terrasse et de la magnifique vue sur le lac. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !

Nous avons passé un moment agréable au calme et au chaud dans ce logement privatif. Sa description correspond à la réalité. Autres points forts étaient la proximité du commerce et le parking gratuit au pied du logement!

This was our first time in Annecy and we had the best time. The apartment was located perfectly within walking distance to the town center. Lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and we recommended it. If you don’t read French the washer/dryer combo is a bit difficult to use. Other than that, we’d definitely come back!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Le logement est magnifique, situé dans un endroit calme et paisible. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, parfaitement adapté aux jeunes enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre passage ici et reviendrons très certainement lors d’un prochain séjour dans la région. L’hôte a été réactive et disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner de précieux conseils. Logement très bien équipé!!

Das ist eine richtig tolle Wohnung, die ich zu 100% empfehlen kann. Sie entspricht genau den Bildern, ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt) braucht. Die Gegend ist super schön und gleichzeitig ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei und einen Obst- und Gemüsestand mit regionalen Produkten. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Der Vermieter Pierre ist sehr freundlich und reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Es gab sogar ein Begrüßungsgeschenk im Kühlschrank, als wir angekommen sind. Alles war top!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Fred et Noemie. Appartement très bien décoré et très bien équipé, idéalement situé à deux pas du Lac. Je conseille vivement !

Wir haben die Woche in dem gemütlichen Häuschen sehr genossen. Der See mit schönen Badestellen ist schnell erreichbar. Michelle war jederzeit ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super séjour à Annecy, dans un quartier calme.Marie est accueillante, réactive. Le jardin avec sa piscine est très agréable. La maison est parfaitement équipée, facile d accès, proche du lac en voiture, transports en communs proches

We had a wonderful stay in James' house. We were warmly welcomed and the family were very helpful during our stay. Beautiful scenery, bird songs, walks and a 15 minute drive away from Conjux where you can swim, picnic or enjoy the restaurant/bar. If you have a car, it is worth visiting Lac du Bourget, where you can enjoy a family day out (swimming, lunch, ice creams). We will be back! :)

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein älteres Bauernhaus mit Charme und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, Wenn wir einen Punkt hervorheben müssten, der uns besonders gefallen hat, wäre es der sehr schöne und weitläufige Garten, von dem man einen tollen Blick auf den See hat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort auf der Terrasse ein schattiges Plätzchen finden zu können und uns ab und zu im nah gelegenen See abzukühlen. Mathieu war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war er stets erreichbar; um ein kleineres Problem mit dem Kühlschrank hat er sich sofort gekümmert und es beheben lassen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den netten Willkommensgruss. Auch die Rückgabe war völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, denn auch die Gegend ist toll, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu sportl. Aktivitäten. Die Unterkunft von Mathieu würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Hôte d'exception dans un lieu d'exception, la maison de Gérard est spacieuse, bien agencée et décorée avec soin. L'environnement est exceptionnel, cette partie du lac est vraiment magnifique. Rien à redire,c'est à refaire et je conseille !

Wir hatten einen unbeschreiblich schönen Urlaub in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft in wundervoller Lage, die kaum zu übertreffen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen mit Laurette.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.
