Located in the Perche Sarthois, 2 hours from Paris and 10 minutes by car from a train station, this renovated former farmhouse has 3 double bedrooms, a dormitory with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and 2 extra double beds (sofa beds in the games room/sauna area). On site, you will find a sauna, pool table, foosball, bicycles, ping pong, a boat, and more. The large 15,000 m2 garden is surrounded by fields and lined with poplar trees. A small pond is protected and surrounded by weeping willows with a pontoon.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. 🌸Pretty farmhouse located in a beautiful rural setting, facing its private pond (fishing allowed), in the Perche Regional Park. ☀️The house is an old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated, with all the comforts for spending a few quiet days with family or friends: board games, fireplace, raclette grill, barbecue, etc. 🍒No neighbors and 5 minutes from local farms, the supermarket, a tennis court, a pétanque court, the bakery, and even the gas station!

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

Many sites (Lac de Lavaré, Lac de la Ferté, Arch of Nature, city center and Le Mans Cathedral, 24H circuit) await your visit. The grangette has the comforts you need. You are independent and have a garden and terrace.

Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city center, 15 min drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open depending on the number of guests. Example: 1 bedroom = 1 guest. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for a supplement of €10/person to have towels.
