Beautiful mountain house, spacious that can accommodate large families. It has a large garden with terrace, very pleasant in the summer. Sem is a quiet village near Vicdessos, Auzat, Niaux, etc. 1h30 from Andorra, 48 minutes from Ax les thermes and 20 minutes from Tarascon on Ariège (train station) by car. The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). House freshly renovated by us; on the ground floor a large open room with fully equipped kitchen, upstairs two pretty bedrooms, one with views of the Quié de Sinsat and a brand new bathroom.

Our very spacious house ( classified 3* ) is in a small village at the foot of the mountains, 18 km from the resort of Les Monts d 'Olmes and 7 minutes from Montségur Castle. The house is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living room (100 m2) and on the upper floor of a large bedroom with bathroom + dressing room, two large bedrooms and a bathroom. You can enjoy the small garden and park your vehicles there.
