Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. There are 6 beds and 2 beedrooms. All new. Small kitchen where you can sit, lounge, tv with few channels. Free wifi. Small balcony where you get up to the apartment 3-4 seating. Bathroom with shower. Bright and quiet apartment near trains/center. Bedsheets is not included but can be rent for 120 dkr pr person. Cleaning is not included, but can be bought for 550 dkr (you do dish youself)

The neighbourhood is one of the best in Copenhagen, leafy and quiet yet with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There's direct access to a patio and garden from the kitchen, with a table and chairs, warmed when the sun is shining!
