A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Located at the foothills of Serra da Estrela mountains, the house offers a calm and relaxing ambience inviting guests to nature's contemplation.Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can enjoy the pool in summer, barbacue, bikes and children's playground.In winter, you can enjoy the sound of the fireplace and the snow on the mountain. On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

Com uma decoração contemporânea e um conforto assinalável, está perfeitamente enquadrada com a natureza circundante. É composta por 2 quartos e 1 casa de banho, deck exterior com mesa de refeições e barbecue. O Pequeno almoço está incluído, com pão fresco e produtos da região, entre outros. A spacious garden with a large private pool and sun loungers allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful sunset.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
