My cottage is quaint, cozy and charming and is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Delaware bay. In Villas, NJ. You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets. Off street parking and a cozy deck to enjoy that morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Approx 15 min. drive to Wildwood or Cape May beach/ boardwalk. Beach tags are supplied with the house for Cape May beaches. We invite you to view the pictures of our home and plan to come and stay. Wineries and breweries are less than 10 minutes from the house.

Take a sunset kayak paddle, then come back and grill out on the super chill patio, lay in the hammocks, or sit around the fire table for smores!I have two queen bedrooms, and one big beautiful sunroom with a pull out queen sofa. 2 living areas in this little cottage too!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This three bedroom house is located two blocks from the Delaware bay. Take a nice sunset stroll down the bay or enjoy a dinner on the back deck. After the sun goes down light up the gas fire pit in the back yard to wind down! It is a short 15 minute drive to both Cape May and Wildwood if you’re visiting for the beach or just a relaxing trip. You can find many different restaurants and things to do around town!

After a day of exploring, come home to relax at our professionally designed, amenity-filled cottage on a large property overlooking a peaceful nature preserve. Take a stroll to the beach 2 blocks away to watch for dolphins and enjoy a spectacular sunset.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy your days either at the beach right in front of the house or go to any of the great towns surrounding us! Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor are no more than 15 min away. We are home of the best sunsets, come back early enough to have a cocktail on the large waterfront deck and enjoy the beauty! Bring your dogs not cats to enjoy with you! (flat $75 pet fee)

Our beach home is just two houses or 155 steps from the Delaware Bay with beautiful sunset views from the third floor balcony, off the master suite. We are only two houses from the beach (no beach tags required). We are centrally located to Wildwood & downtown Cape May and also have many local restaurants within a short drive or bike ride! We are dog friendly, there is an extra fee if $200/per dog.
