We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Speloncato. The house itself was charming and full of character, the village very picturesque and the scenery wonderful. The only small negative was there were not many restaurants around so be prepared to self-cater, particularly if going out of season (we went in March). The views of the mountains and sea from the patio are spectacular. Our host, Olivier, was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions.

The cottage is located on the property of the friendly landlords Helena and Dume in a pleasantly quiet location of the enchanting mountain village of Urtaca. We felt equally well received and comfortable. The view is fantastic and in the house we found an individual and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and not too soft. For us, the only small drawback was - the TV only broadcasts French cable TV and unfortunately does not allow a connection to an external device such as mobile phone or tablet. Otherwise, the quaint Urtaca is a good starting point for numerous excursions to the natural surroundings. We learned to love Corsica and will certainly be happy to come back. We can definitely highly recommend Helena and Dume's cottage.

The place was really great. especially that you can take a view of the sea from the bedroom and hear the sound of the sea was really nice. The house is located in a protected compound and all shopping and a beautiful restaurant is within walking distance... Even if the sea is almost right outside the door, but to the sandy beach where you can spend the day you have to walk a few minutes but then you have everything you want incl. Restaurants and beach walks etc.

It was perfect. We had a wonderful week with Thibaut and Maud. The apartment was very clean and so beautifully decorated that you could only feel comfortable. The outdoor area with pool was also simply wonderful. For 4 people, the apartment is perfect for having a nice and relaxing time. Thibaut and Maud were always available and always responded in no time. But the real star was Hamlet, of course. We will be happy to come back!

We had a pleasant stay in a very functional accommodation. Claire thought of everything and listened to our needs. The ideally located accommodation a few minutes from Saint Florent is in a very quiet residence with heated pool ideal for the back season. this stay with Ludovic and Jennifer was perfect. As much because the sun was there ( we spent the last days of October) as through the VERY complete accommodation. everything is there, the Doc on Corsica, flyers for outings, small beach equipment (mask, snorkel), small appliances, 2 bathrooms (a 7, not negligible), the beard and the matos that go with it, and what about Sandra, the concierge, it is the little plus of the places, welcoming, ultra smiling, full of good advice, and downright adorable. and citron candles, thank you🙏🏻. the residence is great, the Olympic pool ( huge) that we were able to enjoy, well, don't be chilly😉. A short walk to the red island lighthouse, beautiful hike in the agriates. in short, the accommodation, the location, the environment, the access and the people, everything was great. if one day we come back there, it's sure that we will make a stop at Ludovic and Jennifer 's. you will have understood, top stay guaranteed

Beautiful villa, everything is thought out to the detail, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Florian is always available for any question. Not the most picturesque beach within walking distance, but if you have a car this is not a problem, there are many beautiful places nearby. Great cost for money.

We had a lovely stay, welcoming, discreet hosts... Functional apartment and good bedding. 😁 The little extra, on their advice, a very good restaurant just a stone's throw away...

Listing as described. We had a beautiful 2 weeks vacation with our 2 daughters aged 2 and 4. We were on the ground floor which was perfect for them. You can access the beach of the red island by a nice path but not passable by stroller. this trail can also be continued for a superb 10km or 16km walk (running or walking, balagne trail). good location for radionais on northern Corsica. the heated pool was very appreciated in this season. especially by our daughters. very good welcome from Rosie who perfectly handled a technical problem with the washing machine. a big thank you to her. we recommend this listing.

Great accommodation in the middle of Balagne: tranquility assured and at the same time not far from Ile Rousse (15 min) and 10 min from the beautiful beach of Lozari. Accommodation very consistent with the photos, in very good condition with a pleasant heated pool and a beautiful private terrace! Marc is very welcoming, takes the time to make us discover the cottage and advise us on the activities around. Only regret: staying only a week!!

The hosts are very kind and helpful, the house is comfortable and equipped to accommodate large groups and satisfy every desire of guests (sea equipment, board games, wi-fi, terrace equipped with sea view, ...). Located in a quiet bay with few other houses, very close to a pebble beach with a nice clean sea. Good base for exploring Cap Corse and the coast to Calvi. Highly recommended accommodation!

Nice place to stay with a sea view. Camping atmosphere. Easy access to the beach by taking the herbal path.

The welcome was amazing, warm and pleasant. Madeleine picked us up by car in the city to guide us to the house. The house is spacious and nice, the view and the pool are superb. The only downside would be the lack of a few basic supplies: bath mats and dish towels. Namely the air conditioning is not working. Thanks again to Madeleine for hosting us.

Stay for two couples of friends. Very well-equipped and new accommodation. Beautiful living space with terrace. Good location: 10 min from St Florent, 30 min from Bastia, convenient for visiting Cap Corse. Sébastien is attentive and very responsive.

This is the absolute best place to spend a vacation - the house is very friendly and has a wonderful terrace. The location is directly at the sea. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is there. i can fully recommend this house for a wonderful experience of Korsika.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We can only agree with the others, the view is really fantastic. We mostly sat on the large balcony and also barbecued on the terrace. By the way, when showering you can also look at the mountains, inside and also at the heated outdoor shower, facing the front. The kitchen is very well equipped. Many things are very well thought out. You can hike directly from the village to the pass and then to Oeletta. From there back again, we made the round about 1.5-2 hours, completely alone only a few cows, it was very nice. To do this, you have to open a gate at the top of the village and close it behind you again. Antoine gave us the tip.
